RealInvest Festival 2026: an investment perspective on real estate in a broader context
Fidurock Group participated as a partner in the RealInvest Festival 2026, held on March 26 at the ČSOB Campus in Prague. This one-day conference brought together investors, professionals, and decision-makers who approach real estate as a long-term asset class and a strategic tool for capital allocation.
The festival featured a program across two stages, complemented by a Deal Room and EXPO zone, where all presentations and discussions focused on key topics shaping today’s real estate market. Attendees could choose from lectures, presentations, and panel discussions covering investment strategies, fund structures, financing, as well as asset management and data-driven operations. The emphasis was placed on a systematic approach to investing and the ability to view real estate within a broader long-term decision-making context.
Two Fidurock representatives actively contributed to the program. On the main stage, Adam Boruta, Head of Funds & Investment, joined a panel discussion on real estate funds, where he presented how Fidurock funds operate, their role within investment portfolios, and the group’s approach to managing investor capital. The discussion also explored how regular capital inflows influence fund performance and strategic decision-making in the current market environment.
The practical side of asset management was addressed by Petr Vondrášek, Asset Management Director, who, together with Martin Loukota, Product Owner at FORrentor by On Point, spoke on the Focus Stage. Their session focused on rental housing portfolio management and the role of operations. The presentation demonstrated how efficient management and digitalization of tenant relationships contribute to investment performance, long-term occupancy, and overall portfolio value. It also introduced a tailored digital solution for managing rental relationships and highlighted the key benefits of the FORrentor platform.
Visitors had the opportunity to experience the application firsthand in the EXPO zone at the FORrentor booth and learn more about Fidurock’s funds at the Fidurock stand. This created space for several valuable discussions on real estate investing and allowed us to present our investment approach to a wider professional audience.
