On Thursday, March 26, the SHAPES of 2025 gala evening took place, during which the Fidurock Group received an award in the Hospitality category for its upcoming development project at the Zlati Grič winery in Slovenia. The award was accepted on behalf of the project by Ondřej Křivanec, Executive Director of Fidurock, together with Ondřej Švancara from the architectural studio CHYBIK + KRISTOF, which designed the project. The award was presented by Miloslav Kolařík, owner of Decoland.
The awarded Zlati Grič project represents Fidurock’s vision to transform the winery in northeastern Slovenia into a lifestyle destination, combining architecture, winemaking and a unique visitor experience.

As part of the project, a distinctive resort will be developed in Slovenske Konjice, featuring 58 rooms, a 9-hole golf course, a wellness centre and a fine dining restaurant, all set within the surrounding vineyards. The development will be designed to sensitively and harmoniously build on the existing winemaking tradition and naturally integrate into the character of the location. These principles are consistently applied by Fidurock across all its projects.
The award confirms that Fidurock’s direction extends beyond traditional real estate segments. In addition to residential projects and retail parks, the group is gradually expanding into hospitality and lifestyle developments, creating long-term value and new types of user experiences.

We greatly appreciate receiving the Shapes of 2025 award and see it as confirmation that the combination of high-quality architecture, a well-defined concept, and a strong sense of place is relevant beyond traditional real estate segments. Although the project will take several more years to complete, we will continue to develop it, focusing on quality, sustainability, and long-term attractiveness for both visitors and investors.
