Fidurock completes a mixed-use complex near Piešťany’s largest residential area
Investment group Fidurock has successfully completed and received final approval for a mixed-use complex in Piešťany, located near the intersection of Bratislavská and Adama Trajana streets, close to the city’s largest housing estate. The project combines three key functions: a modern retail park, residential living, and, in the future, premium senior care. Construction began in spring 2024, and after two years, the development brings long-missing amenities to the area.
Retail park with over 6,500 sqm
The commercial part of the complex comprises a retail park totaling approximately 6,500 sqm, with individual units officially opening at the beginning of May. Key tenants include strong retail brands such as BILLA, JYSK, GATE, CCC, Worldbox, 1DAY, Pre Spánok, and Dr. Max. Residents of southern Piešťany now have access to a full-service shopping destination in their immediate vicinity.
The Adama Trajana district in Piešťany needed a project that would combine quality services, housing, and social infrastructure in one place. We are pleased to bring both essential retail amenities and modern living to the local community.
Pri Vrbine residential building: designed for families The complex also includes the Pri Vrbine residential building, offering 40 apartments and three commercial units. More than half of the apartments have already been sold. Both new residents and the existing community benefit from new public amenities, including a children’s playground, green spaces, and a cycling path connected to the city network. Currently, spacious three- and four-room apartments dominate the remaining offer.
A unique Senior House as the third phase The project’s ambitions extend beyond its current phase. Following the completion of site infrastructure, construction will begin on a modern senior living facility, which is set to become a unique concept within Slovakia. The operator and owner will be the non-profit organization Casa Slovensko, inspired by leading facilities in Vienna. The Senior House will combine standard elderly care with specialized services for people with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
