A new retail park with a total area of over 4 thousand m² and ten retail units was opened on the site in 2020. Major tenants include Mountfield, Oresi, Sportisimo, Dr. Max, Drogerie Teta, Wiky Toys, Pet Center, and others. The project was expanded by an additional 500 m² of rentable space in 2022.
